Obsessed with this gel liner – I have used several brands in the past. Nothing was ever hitting the spot. Discovered this one and have not looked back. It glides on beautifully to the eyelid and waterline and dries quickly (not to quickly like some – you still have some wiggle room to adjust or smooth out). A little stretches, goes a long way and once on – IT IS NOT MOVING! Highly recommend 10/10.
