I have dark hair and it's never flaked on me, I love it and its so affordable. Just be mindful after styling to let your eyebrows dry and then remove the product around the eyebrows so it doesn't mess with your foundation and powder. The hold is amazing, and it hasn't flaked at all

It provides some sort of coverage, blends well, no creasing. My under eye circles are not visible.

Only liner that I'll use perfect for us brown girlies. Gives dark pigment and not much smudging. Def a must eyeliner
