Terms & Conditions
1. Promotion Period
The Labelle October Gift Card Giveaway opens at 12:00am AEST on 1 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 31 October 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
2. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents who:
- have a registered Labelle account;
- complete the entry requirements outlined below during the Promotion Period; and
- provide valid contact details associated with their Labelle account.
Employees, contractors and immediate family members of Labelle are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter
To receive an entry into the draw, participants must:
- Be a registered Labelle user;
- Follow the official Labelle Instagram account; and
- Submit at least three (3) genuine product reviews on the Labelle website during the Promotion Period.
Every three (3) eligible product reviews submitted during the Promotion Period will earn one (1) entry into the draw.
For example:
3 reviews = 1 entry
6 reviews = 2 entries
9 reviews = 3 entries
12 reviews = 4 entries
There is no purchase necessary to enter.
Only eligible reviews submitted during the Promotion Period will count towards the giveaway.
Reviews must relate to the participant’s genuine experience with the product being reviewed and comply with Labelle’s website terms and review guidelines.
Duplicate, spam, fraudulent, misleading, copied or otherwise inauthentic reviews may be removed and will not count towards the participant’s total number of eligible reviews or entries.
4. Prizes
There are three (3) prizes available, with a total prize pool valued at $300 AUD:
- First Prize: 1 × $200 Sephora Gift Card
- Second Prize: 1 × $50 Priceline Gift Card
- Third Prize: 1 × $50 MECCA Gift Card
Gift cards are subject to the relevant retailer’s own terms, conditions and expiry requirements.
All prizes will be issued as digital gift cards and delivered electronically to the winners’ nominated email addresses. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash through Labelle.
Labelle is not affiliated with Sephora, Priceline or MECCA, and these retailers are not sponsors or administrators of this promotion.
5. Winner Selection
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
Each eligible entry earned by a participant will be included separately in the random draw. Every three (3) eligible product reviews earns one (1) entry, meaning participants who submit more eligible reviews may have multiple entries in the draw.
The draw will take place on 6 November 2026 at approximately 9:00am AEST.
The first eligible entry randomly selected will receive the $200 Sephora Gift Card. The second eligible entry randomly selected will receive the $50 Priceline Gift Card. The third eligible entry randomly selected will receive the $50 MECCA Gift Card.
Each participant may only win one prize. If a participant who has already won a prize is selected again, another eligible entry will be randomly drawn.
6. Winner Announcement & Contact
Winners will be announced via Labelle’s official Instagram account and will also be contacted using the email address associated with their Labelle account and/or via Instagram.
Winners may be required to confirm their identity and eligibility before receiving their prize.
If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 7 days of being contacted, or is found to be ineligible, Labelle reserves the right to conduct a redraw for that prize.
Participants should be cautious of fake or impersonator accounts. Labelle will never request payment or financial information for a winner to claim a prize.
7. General Conditions
Labelle reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process, submits fraudulent or misleading reviews, breaches these Terms & Conditions or otherwise attempts to obtain an unfair advantage.
If the promotion cannot proceed as planned due to circumstances reasonably beyond Labelle’s control, Labelle reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion where permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under Australian law.
8. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with this giveaway will be used for the administration of the promotion, including verifying entries, contacting winners and distributing prizes.
Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with Labelle’s Privacy Policy.
9. Instagram Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram.
By entering, participants acknowledge that Instagram is not responsible for the administration of the promotion or awarding of prizes.
10. Promoter
The promoter is Labelle Digital Pty Ltd.
